Dr. Bernstein received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in 2005. In 1997 he received his Masters of Science Degree in Counseling from Villanova University.
A Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Bernstein is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy along with Prolonged Exposure for Trauma. He works with clients ranging in age from 6 years old to adults, utilizing individual and family therapy modalities. Operating from a cognitive-behavioral therapy framework, Dr. Bernstein’s areas of specialty include individual and family therapy with children and adolescents, behavioral and educational issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.
