Bernardo, Brianna PsyD

Dr. Brianna Bernardo received her Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Widener University’s Institute for Graduate Clinical Psychology in 2017. Additionally, she holds Masters of Education and Masters of Arts Degrees in Psychological Counseling from Columbia University’s Teachers College. She is also a Certified School Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. Dr. Bernardo is a culturally competent psychologist who completed the Cross Cultural & Diversity concentration while at Widener University.

As a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Bernardo works to create a safe, welcoming therapeutic environment where clients are able to explore their emotions and better understand their patterns of behavior. Dr. Bernardo works with clients ranging from age 12 to older adults, utilizing individual, family, couples/marital, and group therapy modalities. She specializes in treating depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, anxiety disorders, grief/loss, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, LGBTQ, transgender/identity issues, self-esteem, sexual abuse, mindfulness, social issues, self-injurious behaviors, parent-child relational issues, behavior modification, personality disorders, post-partum depression, and stress management.
