Sometimes, taking the first step is the hardest! I strive to provide the highest quality therapy for my clients. I enjoy working with the diversity of all genders, ages, various cultures, and diagnoses struggling with, but not limited to, chronic illness, life adjustments, chronic pain, bullying, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship struggles, personality and mood disorders.
We will work together to build a lasting rapport, identify your strengths, as well as your short and long-term goals. My goal is for you to recognize your strongest, and truest potential, and identify strategies that work best for you to break down barriers that may be holding you back. I use CBT, person centered and use a variety of skills including DBT to help you maintain and achieve mental stability. After all, therapy is all about what you get out of it, and I would love to be your guide! I am an effective motivator and organizer of diverse teams and look forward to working with you on this journey.
