Vocaturo, Christina LCSW

Ms. Vocaturo received her Master of Social Work from Marywood University in 2000.  

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Ms. Vocaturo works extensively with adolescents, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.  Her experience providing psychotherapy includes working with individuals, couples, and families.  She has experience as a hospice social worker and bereavement counselor, and has proficiency working with grief and loss, including anticipatory or complicated grief.  Her clinical interests also include working with those affected by developmental trauma, family of origin concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, health-related issues, and working with the LGBTQ+ population or those with concerns related to sexual orientation or identity.  She also has experience working with individuals with co-occurring substance use/addiction issues.  Ms. Vocaturo works from a relational and trauma-informed perspective, incorporating elements of motivational interviewing, mindfulness, transpersonal/integrative approaches and somatic/body-based psychotherapy as appropriate.
