Wildes, Nicole S. M.A.

Nicole Wildes is a PA Licensed Professional Counselor.  She obtained a Master of Arts in Counseling from Messiah College. She completed her internships at Olivia’s House: A Children’s Grief and Loss Center and T.W. Ponessa & Associates. In addition to individual and group therapies, Nicole specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with a full range of “eating and food issues” such as obesity, compulsive eating, body image, and self-esteem.  Outside of office work, she enjoys facilitating seminars for mothers and daughters on today’s pressure to be beautiful and strive to motivate females of all ages to develop the tools for living a more confident life. Prior to becoming a counselor, Nicole spent over a decade in the field of education as an elementary classroom teacher as well as an educational consultant for one of the top educational publishing companies in the northeast.  Her clinical focus is with ADHD, Eating Disorders with an emphasis on Bulimia and Binge-Eating Disorders, Body Image and Self-esteem, Grief and Loss, Parenting Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Women’s issues.
