Primary Care Integrated Services
By collaborating with Primary Care Physicians, Springfield Psychological seeks to improve the total health of each patient. We have partnered with several primary care physician practices, within the AdvoCare, Main Line Healthcare, and Penn Medicine CCA system, to provide onsite behavioral health treatment within the physician office. Our integrated Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) work closely with the medical providers to triage, assess, treat, and link patients to the identified appropriate mental health treatment.

Research indicates that providing behavioral health treatment in primary care settings allows for greater accessibility, improved coordination of care, and more cost-effectiveness.
