Rachel Snyder, LPC
She started her career in 2009 providing wrap-around services from ages 3-40 working with individuals with developmental delays and diagnosis such as Autism, ODD, ADHD and OCD. She transitioned in 2015 to inpatient specializing in substance abuse treatment as a primary therapist and Manager within inpatient psychiatric. Rachel utilizes psycho education, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Biofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational interviewing, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and a solution focused delivery of care with individuals, couples and families.
Rachel utilizes reality-based therapy to create a safe space to support individuals and families to identify, process and create or redevelop independence one step at a time. She has experience in treatment of first responders, PTSD, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, co-occurring and substance use disorders.
Rachel has over 10 years of experience within Behavioral Health leadership and Process Improvement. Rachel is highly organized and structured implementing lean six sigma methodology into practice to enhance support staff and patient safety while maintaining quality programing.
