Springfield Psychological seeks licensed clinical staff to join our growing outpatient group practice in one of our outpatient locations in Havertown, King of Prussia, North Wales, Philadelphia, Sinking Spring (Reading), Springfield, and West Chester. We are a warm and friendly practice that has been established in the community for over 30 years and have an excellent reputation with schools, physicians, and the general public. We receive a high volume of referrals every week and we have no problem keeping our clinicians busy. Clinicians are expected to work evenings and/or weekends.
We also seek clinicians to join our team working in physician practices located throughout the Delaware Valley. Here the clinician functions as a part of the primary care treatment team providing behavioral health consultation, triage, assessment and intervention to patients in the medical practice setting.
Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with a minimum of managed care red tape, burdensome paperwork, and systemic hassles. Thanks to our efficient processes, talented administrative staff and electronic medical records system, clinicians can focus on their client’s health and wellbeing.
We offer an excellent compensation package that includes:
401k plan with automatic 3% employer contribution
Continuing education workshops
Flexible spending accounts (for dependent care and medical expenses)
We know that this field can be isolating, so we encourage a spirit of collegiality in many ways, including weekly peer consultation groups, opportunities to connect with others at company CE events and our holiday party! All of our sites are designed to ensure that other clinicians are available for ongoing collegial support and clinical consultation.
Applicants must hold an active PA license. 2-5 years of outpatient experience in clinical practice is preferred.
If interested, please send a cover letter and resume to Assal Parvizad, LCSW, via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax 610-604-9510. Thank you!
