Brigle, Matthew PsyD
Dr. Brigle received his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Immaculata University in 2019.
As a Licensed Psychologist, Dr. Brigle provides individual counseling from a cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused approach within a therapeutic setting that clients can actively learn about their patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. He strives to develop a safe, non-judgmental environment with clients through his calm, honest, and warm demeanor. Further, this approach and setting allow clients to feel empowered and grow into the person they wish to become. Dr. Brigle works with clients ranging from age 18 to older adults. He specializes in treating depression, anxiety/worry, adjustment difficulties (i.e. due to medical issues, cognitive decline, and other stressful life events), problems related to social skills or self-esteem, and general stress management.
