Capone, Nicole A. LPC

Nicole Capone is a PA Licensed Professional Counselor.  She obtained her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from West Chester University where she went on to complete a post-Master’s Certificate in Clinical Mental Health.  She also holds a J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law and was admitted as an Attorney to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2013.  She completed a clinical internship at Open Doors, Inc. in Claymont, DE, where she conducted diagnostic evaluations, assessments, treatment planning and individual and group therapy with a diverse outpatient population.  She has also worked at Holcomb Behavioral Health assisting clients with their recovery goals; and most recently, at Exton Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation where she completed intakes and treatment plans and conducted individual and couples counseling. Nicole has acquired training and expertise in a variety of clinical specialty areas including, anxiety and mood disorders, trauma recovery, women’s issues, relationship issues, divorce and separation, work stress, self-esteem issues, and codependency. She works with individuals 18 and older using different modalities, such as cognitive behavioral, person-centered, and problem-solving strategies to meet client needs.
