Swartz, Ashlyn LCSW
Ms. Swartz works with clients age 10 through adulthood, utilizing individual, family, couple and group therapy modalities with a focus on utilizing cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapies and mindfulness. She specializes in treating depression, anxiety and bipolar (various mood) disorders, as well as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. She has experience in supporting individuals with school related problems, relationship challenges, fertility, postpartum depression and other women’s issues; LGBTQ and transgender/identity issues; parent-child relational issues and domestic violence.
In addition, Ms. Swartz assists with managing grief/loss, anger management, divorce/separation, behavior modification, career development/life transitions, codependency, conflict resolution, self-esteem, self-injurious behaviors, geriatrics, and stress management.
