Carina, Megan LMFT
Megan Carina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who received a Master’s from La Salle University in 2021. Her approach centers around building a strong, trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. Megan meets clients where they are and tailor treatment to each individual’s needs. Her goal is to help clients feel seen and heard, and work together to achieve treatment goals.
Megan has experience working with children and adults of all ages and often utilize family, couple and individual modalities, including a relational approach, attachment-based theories, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Her areas of expertise include family therapy such as parent-child and sibling relationships, attachment issues, trauma, improved communication, depression, anxiety, ADHD, self esteem, life transitions and stress management.
