Whitney Davis, PhD
Dr. Whitney Davis is a licensed psychologist dedicated to promoting mental wellness across diverse populations. After earning a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Towson University in 2010, Dr. Davis furthered her expertise with a Master’s in School Psychology from Tulane University in 2019 and completed their Doctorate in School Psychology with a certificate in Trauma-Focused School Psychology at Tulane University in 2022. Specializing in trauma and trauma-informed approaches, Dr. Davis works with individuals ages 5 through older adulthood, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, mood disorders, and executive functioning challenges. She uses an integrated therapeutic approach, ensuring individualized care tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
In both individual and group therapy settings, Dr. Davis emphasizes mindfulness and stress management to help clients build resilience and foster emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in empathy and collaboration, and she is committed to creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
