Erin Siciliano, LPC
A therapist is someone who joins you in the darkness with a light to help you find your own way out. Reaching out for help is not a sign of weakness, but is a brave act of self love. I believe you are the expert on your own life and counseling can be utilized as a tool to gain clarity, heal childhood wounds and offer fresh perspectives. My therapeutic approach is trauma informed and person-centered while utilizing unconditional positive regard.
One of my focuses is Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD’s) to help support mothers, fathers and families of all kinds with all aspects of the unique life transition called parenthood. As caregivers, it is easy to put personal needs on the back burner and to get lost in our parental role.
Together, we can gently identify, address and heal past trauma wounds that may keep you stuck, in constant overwhelm and feeling stagnant. I look forward to creating a safe, non- judgmental space for you to exhale and heal.
